Return & Refund Policies

If they don’t allow returns/refunds and/or exchanges, all businesses in the State of Nevada are required to advise consumers that they don’t allow this by:

  1. Printing a statement of the front of the lease or sales receipt.
     

  2. Printing a statement on the front of the price tag. –or-
     

  3. Posting in an open and conspicuous place a sign at least 8x10 inches in size with bold face lettering specifying that no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

This is on merchandise only.

If, for contractual agreements such as buying a car, there is no three day right of rescission law. Once you purchase it you own it, unless otherwise stated on the contract.

Door-to-door solicitation is the only applicable sale that requires a three day right of rescission clause on the contract.
